1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CaS Loader ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

CaS Loader provides game modification software ("hacks") for authorized users. The Service is private and invite-only. Access is restricted to approved members only.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must:

  • Request and receive approval for an account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Hardware ID (HWID) Lock

Your account is tied to your hardware. HWID resets are limited and granted at our sole discretion. Attempting to circumvent HWID protection may result in permanent account termination.

5. No Warranty - Use at Your Own Risk

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

  • CaS Loader and its staff are NOT responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties issued by game developers or publishers as a result of using our software.
  • The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
  • We make no guarantees regarding undetectability or safety.
  • You assume all risks associated with using game modification software.
  • Use of this software may violate the terms of service of games you play.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Share, distribute, or resell the software
  • Use the software for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to bypass security measures (HWID, authentication, etc.)
  • Engage in any fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Access the service using automated tools or bots

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice or refund. Reasons include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • Sharing account credentials or software
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through CaS Loader are the property of CaS Loader or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for personal use.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of certain data including but not limited to:

  • IP address
  • Hardware ID (HWID)
  • Geolocation information
  • Injection logs and usage statistics

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CaS Loader, its staff, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Game bans or account suspensions
  • Loss of data or progress in games
  • Hardware or software damage
  • Financial losses

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaS Loader, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
